Early bird registration closes on 26 September 2015; standard registration closes 31 October 2015. Late registrations are open until 4 December 2015 (end of the conference). Student travel scholarships are also available; if you are a student, you still are required to registered as a student registration and pay the relative fees.
All visitors to Australia must have a valid visa to travel to and enter Australia (other than New Zealand passport holders who will normally be granted a Special Category visa on arrival, provided they meet health and character requirements; and permanent residents of Norfolk Island who may be granted a Permanent Resident of Norfolk Island visa on arrival).

AIRS 2015 is being held at the Queensland University of Technolgy in Brisbane, Australia.
Brisbane's CBD and QUT are easy to reach from the Brisbane Airport. There are many hotels and accommodations within walking distance from the conference venue to suit all budgets.
For international and interstate visitors arriving at Brisbane Airport, the options for travelling to the Brisbane CBD are via coach, taxi or airtrain. The journey takes approximately 75 minutes.
Taxi ranks are located at both the International and Domestic Terminals. At the Domestic Terminal, the taxi rank is located centrally in front of the terminal. At the International Terminal, the taxi rank is located at the northern end of Arrivals on Level 2. A taxi journey from Brisbane International Airport to the conference venue at QUT is approximately AUD$50.00.
Airtrain offers services between the Airport, Brisbane City and the Gold Coast. Airtrain departs every 15 minutes during peak hours (every half-hour off-peak) and runs between the following times: Weekdays: 5.04am - 10:04pm; Weekends: 6:04am - 10:04pm. Tickets can be purchased in the station located just outside the airport; both international and domestic terminals have an Airtrain station. The journey takes approximately 24 minutes to Central Station and 30 minutes to Southbank. The price of a one-way ticket is AUD$17.00.
